Enerdrive is a VERY good brand that I considered before buying 8x90ah Victron. Kings is, to me, an unknown quantity although I will say that their spotlights work well on my car, Cheers

Amortised quality is more economical in the long run.

Hi goldenyears,
Cheaper to get two x 100ah, or similar, than single 200ah.
Example...
2 x 135ah $503.91ea ($1107.82 for 270ah).
Four years warranty. Connect up to four parallel/serial.
My concern with so many brands out there the choice is the hardest !!

Nice batteries for sure, but out of my camping price range, and specs more for off grid home base systems utilizing high end 240V inverter multi appliance energy usage.

$2399 is a a bit rich for a 200Ah Enerdrive battery.
8 x 105Ah A grade cells and Daly BMS can be bought from China for about $611 + shipping. Given that these companies can buy them cheaper that will leave plenty of $'s for a case, labour and profit.
Or you can buy the battery made up $624 + Shipping.

I've had my 170ah Lithium battery for only 2 months, put it in back on my Landcruiser with a 210w Solar panel on car roof, plus a Redarc charger from 2nd battery.
main use is my 85lt car fridge, got sick and tied of camping, having no power from 2nd battery after few days, so yeh, good set up, solar charges initially, then Redarc takes over if no solar. point is we've all had fridges not work, just want cold drinks and meat etc in car fridge, next will be 2 Lithiums in caravan

12.7kg is extremely light for 135AH.
Hi DickO,
Reading the specs of those batteries, the maximum continuous discharge current is 50A.
In my opinion, a battery of that size should have at least 100A continuous discharge.
Just my opinion...
Agreed. Garbage product. You get what you pay for. Cheers
Hi w & p,
Same specs as your batteries only higher capacity and slightly heavier. 50ah continuous discharge works for me.
Hi yobarr,
And your recommendation, as an example, of 135ah LiFePO4 brand and cost is....?
I suppose the one redeeming feature is that it will float 22% above the water.
It does pose the question, why so much space in the box?
Whereas a Victron lithium battery would sink quickly without trace!
Hi W,
And your point is?
Battery vs probably no battery!
Hi W, And your point about floating batteries is...?
You get what you pay for.
Especially when it comes to sinking batteries.
And just for curiosity, how many 100ah-135ah Victron LiFePO4 batteries are in your system?

This tread will tell you:

Tells me it's a bits of this and a bit's of that.
And maybe the batteries are sinkable.
