So, maybe Buzz will change his mind and decide he is a denier.
I watched it and there was nothing in there that would help anyone change their minds.
But I am not a denier. I just believe we are on a pointless path to try and stop something that we have zero chance of making any impact on. Why do climate scientists not look at the root cause ..... population growth and rampant consumerism? Millions don't have enough food NOW, let alone may be affected in years to come. And the more the less affluent nations progress, the more demand there is for consumer goods. But that is too hard, so it's better to ignore it.
If you believe there are severe impacts of climate change bearing down on us, wouldn't you be better to prepare for it than a fruitless waste of money to try and stop it?
To Buzz. If Australia achieves the wildest targets for emissions reductions, what effect will that have?

Just a big + 1 from me, The truth in a couple of paragraphs.
Well said AWL.
On the movie.
I got to the part where the young actor began to cry.
I am not against any human displaying emotion but I draw the line to accept an actor whos script is written and whose actions are coached by a director whose sole job is to create an emotional reaction with viewers.
I actually have come to a decision that I am over this nonsense.
I might re enter the debate ( that was a slip of the tongue as it is hardly a debate ) when my health is better and I can concentrate on the case at hand with a sharp enough mind and wit to cope.
Just for now I will leave you all with *Last Say Lightbulb*
Yes I called you yet another name BL. I know you will have the last say.

Well I liken that to the famous Greta Thunberg? She was cast and then prompted through film directors and her parents.
Same crap different day.
On the other note I personally will miss your totally honest no nonsense and factual posts that you put up .
Mate I know what you are going through and the battle that you have personally.
I resigned my membership on here completely while I fought the fight.
It was easier for me to do that than to be worried about what I said for fear it may have gone against others beliefs.
We had a good chat the other day and I will keep the dirt on him under my hat for now.
Take care old matetravel as easy as you can and I hope you are back real soon.
