For the last few years I have been using Kaspersky AV but as it is soon to expire & as its home base is in Moscow, I've decided to give it a miss for two reasons -
I don't agree with the murderous dictator Putin & his actions in Ukraine - AND do I want him using some of us in the west ok-ing Russian products?
Does anyone else feel this way, use Kaspersky?

I have never trusted it to start with, being an old soldier, - the enemy at the gate and all.

Kaspersky exposed the malware produced by the NSA's "Equation Group". Sometimes the enemy is inside the gate.

Kebbin, I see you have a new horseless carriage, how much trouble is it to keeping the food and water up to the camels. Their was a young bloke about 35 yo, that owned a 5 acre block up past my place at Rock Valley near lismore, and he had two draft horses, and a similar caravan to yours, He lived in it on his property with his 9yo daughter, and when he needed to get to town, he would hitch up the horses, and just trundle into town. Although only 15 km to town, would take him half the day each way. We were all used to him, being on the road. This was in the late 80's.
