We went down to get the flu shot this year,looks like a bad year.
Know some people that have been crook for over two and a half weeks.Doctor gave us a booster shot for Pneumonia,after 5 years since the last shot.

I have just come out of the flu. About 8 days. Day 3 to 7 really bad. In bed all the time, but couldn't lie down as legs hurt too much. Worst I have ever had it. Other half didn't get the flu.
Disclaimer, we have never had flu shots.

We have been really dosed up lately, Zostavax, Flu Jab, Pneumonia Jab, 2nd COVID booster

It appears that having the flu vaccine may also cut the risk of heart attacks:
Now we have monkeypox to worry about. Those who've had a smallpox vax should be OK, though.
