I do not believe that it is a controversial post
In my opinion, in February 2020, the world had the chance of eliminating Covid-19
For whatever reasons, the majority of world leaders decided to take a gamble, on the boffins making a vaccine, so as not to disrupt finance
Any country which was an Island, such as Australia, could have easily kept the virus out
Our leaders decided not to do this, and decided that as we now had vaccines, we would live with Covid-19
Our leaders should have known, that Covid-19 would mutate, and that we will have to keep having vaccines, to cover the new mutants
I did read somewhere that at least 2 countries, have recommended a fourth vaccine
I had my third (booster) vaccine in late December 2021, it was suppose to last about three months
as Covid-19 is now in West Australia, if I am offered a fourth vaccine, then I shall take it
In the meantime, I am wearing a mask inside shops, so I am not doing any browsing, and actually spending less money
I fail to see how this can stimulate the economy

Tony Bev, perhaps you should reread the original post. Pay close attention to the word after "mandatory" and "booster".

I want to change vaccine as I had an adverse reaction, but the government doesn't recognise it so I am still stuck on the first dose. My doctor can't do anything to change the situation, so I am stuffed.

Good to see that I am not the only one with poor cognitive function. Took me about three tries to see it.

I voted for mandatory vacations but unfortunately the government is very slow with its uptake of the scheme.
