Ivan, i am sure there was some show that one character always said" wooluf " or similar. And yes 1st full moon of January, cold in USA(of course), maybe Russia as well?

I am not familiar with any show that I remember the word woolluff was used but it sounds like it may have been a cartoon.
Doug has a pretty good looking howling woolluff in his picture.
