I recently found a super cheap and easy recipe for cookies that don't require baking which is perfect for on the road living. This was the first time I had made them so wasn't sure what they tasted like until now! I added the recipe to my vlog so you can check that out also if that's your thing too.
Ahh, yank speak. Cookies!
I detest the way the American language is taken over the Australian way of speaking.
Its all to do with tv and other media that kids have been exposed to since they were born
I hate the usa way of life
My nieces/nephews all spoke american until they were adults purely due to their exposure to the yank movies/media. Then when they travelled to Europe etc, their yank speak disappeared
im so bad that i wont buy anything that uses yank speak, :)

Haha, Yes I do agree that it has come about by mainstream media exposure etc. I normally would use the term biscuits however the term cookies seemed to just flow in the van life context. No doubt by my exposure to media and the recipe that I followed haha
Oh interesting that it changed when they went to Europe. I would be interested to know how long this took them to change that (how long they travelled)

They went os for around a year. On return, they were normal again. I assume it was the lack of exposure to yank stuff or that they matured or both.

Hi Tamsun,
Thanks for the recipe.
BTW you kind of look like a *biscuit girl* to me.
I have read and watched some of your blogs / vlogs and it appears you enjoy your travels.
Way to go.

There is a third reason SoloMC. I learned very quickly the first time I went overseas as a young bloke that life could be quite awkward, to say the least, if the locals wrongly thought you were from the USA.
