The Manager said, 'Mujibar, you have passed all the tests, except one. Unless you pass it, you cannot qualify for this job.
' Mujibar said, 'I am ready.
' The manager said, 'Make a sentence using the words Yellow, Pink, and Green .
' Mujibar thought for a few minutes and said, 'Mister Manager, I am ready.
' The manager said, 'Go ahead..
' Mujibar said, 'The telephone goes green, green, and I pink it up, and say, Yellow, this is Mujibar.
' Mujibar now works at the call center.

Some Telstra executive on talk back yesterday arvo reckons they will have all their call centres in Australia within a short period. Probably bring the staff with them.

On Wednesday morning, I reported a faulty landline/phone to Telstra. While I was not on hold for long, I was talking to Rajid (my spelling) and he quite clearly was working from home as the children and adult voices were quite noticeable in the background, but what was most noticeable was a rooster crwing which sounded as though it may also have been in the same room. If it was not from the sub continent somewhere I would be extremely surprised.

Covid has made Telstra go back on its offshore policies ie, they are bringing their centres back to Australia as we're not as badly affected as the Indian, Philippines staff are.
