Man thought that it was a reasonable thing to do, and when they went shopping, he did not buy his carton of beer

He noticed his wife was buying make-up, so he asked if they could still afford it

"But darling, I wear the make-up, to keep looking beautiful for you." Wife replied

"That is what I brought the beer for." Grumbled the man, under his breath.
