There are many times that I struggle with my bloody Arthritis. Then I see people getting about in a wheelchair etc, and all of a sudden I seem to get a spring in my step and all is good.
I try every morning
"NOT TO LET THE OLD MAN IN"
But there are days that he kicks the door down.
