These are concept clothes, the designers just try to be different, they do the same with female clothing, none of it is practical and none is expected to be worn by mainstream people. The designers are trying to get themselves noticed and get employment with big labels.

old bloke these people look like they are just rags and bones, re drugs it's well known that Columbian bam bam (marching powder) is a good appetite suppressor, although it never seemed to effect Diego Maradona. It's funny, when you look at pictures like that, watching the old version of test cricket where they even comment about seagulls on the pitch seems preferable :)
Just imaging they come to your place and would like to take your daughter out , no wonder they took our guns away .
