An aquaintance of mine was in gaol for a little while in NSW, back in 09', and he said, they would get "Not Chicken" sandwiches, it tasted like chicken, but it was not chicken, they never found out what it was. It said Not Chicken on the packaging.

Ric, that was probably Tripe, often offered up like a wheelmeat devon roll, with flavours.
