Not really cooking, but for those who like duck, but only a smaller portion, it is not too bad. Cooked and sealed, cryovac process. 2 legs with all the sauce. Just heat for 15 minutes at 190 in oven. Can be microwaved .Two meals for me as my cook does not like duck. With homemade potato salad and pasta. Available at Aldi last week, not sure now.
not now joking

Ok I understand now, you'd be doing well being 121, Yoga would probably be furthest from your mind if it was still functioning
Ha, thanks, it's that long since I've had nice duck the wild ones in my yard are starting to look good!!

Yep, plenty woodies floating on the Murray River the past few mornings as well. We have a great walking trail right beside it." Luv a" did acknowledge my query so will let you know if they answer, " mid north coast" is it for you?
I put my age up a bit as someone told me not to disclose on a public forum( identity theft?)

Good idea, Nobody would want to steal a 120 year old, pretty hard to impersonate.
Just been to local Taree Aldi, none on the shelf.

My dear departed Dad loved his (wild) duck and knew every Dam or stretch of water that they frequented, always had a rifle in the car just hoping.
Whereas I cannot stand the taste of them so my dams are a safe respite for them. I've had them prepared in every way possible, Smoked, Pressed, Baked, Orange, Apricot, Sweet & sour, all to no avail.
Goose and Turkey are almost as bad in my opinion.
Favorite bird is top-knot pigeon in pressure cooker and served with gnocchi, Spur wing plover comes in a close second.
