Hi all l got 200W solo panel and 2 135w battery in my caravan lm have trouble keeping the battery charge l also got a Projecta intelli-charge Battery Charger the cut off switch been set on 10.5v 11.5v and 12v what it should be set on the solo pannel when check from my solo regulator is pushing 42v l check my Twin battery and its 23.5v

from the dual battery positive and negative led the solo controller is 13.5v

You would be better posting in the technical thread, a lot of people don't look at this thread.
To clarify a few things first:
The '2 135W' is this 2 x 135AH batteries?
You say the regular is pushing 42 volts:
You must be running a 24v set up, 2 x 12v batteries in series?

yes that 2 x 135AH
adj the solo controller now its showing 14.3AH 12.8V and the cut of is 11.3V when l test the controller with a meter solo panels are 23V and battery twin is showing 23.4V
