and sees a chicken running alongside him at the same speed he's doing.

 He steps it up, doing 60 miles an hour, and the chicken is keeping up.

 He then notices the chicken has three legs!    He steps up his speed

 to 70 miles an hour, and the chicken picks up speed, then cutting in front

 of his car, it runs up a dirt road.

 Fellow stops, goes back, turns up the dirt road where an old farmer

 stops him and asks where's he going.

 The fellow explains that a three legged chicken was running alongside

 his car then dashed in front of him and ran up this dirt road.

 Farmer nodded and explained that it was his chicken as he raises

  three legged chickens.

 The Fellow asks "Why three legged chickens?"               

 Farmer explains "People like the drumsticks and they can have that

  extra drumstick for themselves or for guests."

 Fellow says "Oh? Good idea!  How do they taste?"

 Farmer answers, "Don't know, never caught one."
