I know Western Australians have been free to move around the state for a while, but between early restrictions and job restrictions, we have been in Geraldton for nine long months. It's not exactly travelling, but we made the most of the many things to do in the region. If you are ever here, try to stay a while. There is so much to do.
This blog says farewell to the beach-side town, and takes a look down some of its less prominent alleys...
And thank you, those who are reading my blogs. Please say hello, and share some of your memories of Western Australia. We have a lot of exploring to catch up on.

Hi soundadventurer
I live down the road from Geraldton, (about 600 kilometres), and have been through that area many times
I have not seen half of the places you have pointed out, so thanks for that
I shall have to learn to keep my eyes open

Hi, we travelled through in 2014, time we returned for another adventure. Was going to be 20/21, but Covid put paid to that, so we are touring Queensland. thanks for some beautiful photos

I think having a limited amount of time to explore a place makes you get off your butt and do it. There is so much to see around Geraldton and the WA coast. We love it.
