Maybe not a joke, but All you Mexicans need to do your 5km drive at least 20 times a day. One of our 4, yes thats right, we only have 4, Oil refineries is struggling, no demand, they are considering shutting down ! Despite ripping all of us for how many years, a small down turn and they want to slam the bag. So come on Vic, save us all please. I stumbled across a Michelin article. Tyre sales have collapsed 22.4% as cars are not moving & planes aren't taking off.
Last year I put new brake pads on. I could have waited. No service this year as I have only done 689km since last October. So air filter & oil etc won't be needed.
I did buy a new pair of shoes as I have been walking the streets!

The cost of retail fuel dropped dramatically in Qld while we were all behaving ourselves and staying home.
Diesel was only a tad above $1.00 per litre in many outlets.
As soon as the virus numbers were under control and we started moving the then the prices soon jumped back up to near where they were prior to Covid.
It is a bit like Hotel owners complaining that the closure will send them broke but the millions of dollars that they earn from poker machines prior to the shutdown never seemed to figure in the calculation.
