Hi all; Has to be the connection were the barrel vacuum cleaner hose clips into. Had one on each end one end. One was the sucking end and the other was for the blowing end.

I was going to call it the end off a vacuum cleaner, but it looked too small. There was a filter housed behind that, I cleaned them often.

Its along time ago, with those cleaners, I think the motor end (exhaust) had the filter. I would have been a young boy when I used to pull them apart, and fix them.
