Hi all, tensions are rising again, this does not look good. Hoping it doesn't escalate.
It is political, but we must not have our heads in the sand.

Perhaps, but this particular one would be dead last on that basis.

I doubt it will ever develop to much beyond a local issue. A major war between India and China is impractical and pointless - what is the "winner" going to do? Occupy the other country? I don't think so.
China is particularly belligerent so I can certainly see it creating another significant military situation in the area for a land grab and we could well see a few thousand soldiers die but no more than "a little local difficulty" I think.

India should set up a Covid 19 emergency hospital on site and just pull their strings every so often with ambulances and bringing out the dead ceremonies, bathing in the river up stream of the Chinese, just mess with the morale a bit.
