Where is the air conditioner condenser & if you are happy to elaborate, what is the solar & battery setup like to power the Life of Riley!

Welcome to the gang PURCY, enjoy here and out in the playground.
Nice set up indeedy, very nice. I used to drive a very similar bus many moons back now and in a previous life. Only difference was, it had all seats in. Nice bus/coach to drive too. It had fabric seats with head rests and a headrest covers that were changed and sanitised each night and another set put on and so on.
Gee, we were very CV19 aware even back then.
Keep Safe out there.

The aircon is a panasonic soft start with inverter
With 2.5KW Solar Panel setup
Battery's are from https://deref-mail.com/mail/client/IQ53XK-jvLM/dereferrer/?redirectUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.felicitysolar.com
great company to deal with and in front off other's with their technology.!
Will run the hole motorhome for 2 day's flat out or 2 weeks with fridge and light's
The hot water supply is 10Lt with 2 stage auto power run's on 240v @ 1000W or 12v @ 800W
And the washing machine is a Beko soft start inverter.
My guess is you are using 1.1kWh per 24 hours just to keep the tank hot & some more without U trap & uninsulated pipe.
Our 80L tank with Aircell (Kingspan) inner layer, R4 polybatts (2 layers on top of tank) & an outer layer of Aircell, reduced heat loss from 1.67kWh down to 0.95kWh per 24 hours. Measured at 15°C ambient temperature so it would be even better at the 21°C ambient standard.
He's a tough little coach with a marine 430 MAN engine with a turbo!
With a fully rebuilt motor and a very strong 10 speed Eaton he goes everywhere.
With the comforts of home living { All full size appliances } makes travelling easy.
our 3 rag doll cat's love it

Just a thought.
You need a "U" trap to stop convection heat loss on your hot water tank. Also insulate the hot water pipe & add extra insulation to the tank.
Rheem hot water tank heat loss per 24 hours to maintain temperature, AS1056.1
25L 1.18kWh, 50L 1.39kWh, 80L 1.67kWh, 125L 1.95kWh.
