IGA Supermarkets put out daily -" reduced to clear-" items of fruit,vegies & herbs..What to do with them-? Slot of parsleys,capsicum,tomatoes etc,etc I grab..Red Capsics,Tom's,Garlics,Onion,Oregano,Basil cooked & pulped make exc,vitamin full sauces for pasta,pies & dips( sour cream) Also salad dressings.They can be added to mayonnaise to make a flavoured mayo.

Or garlic, salt, dill, half a lemon or lime, half an orange, olive oil.
