I am Jeff and I have a Wife Denise and last year after me looking at Caravans for 3 years I bought a Roadstar Magnifique, I bought a Ram 2500 Heavy Duty Pickup Truck in 2018 and became unemployed in 2019, so in December 2019 Denise says.
Such in such has a caravan for sale why not ask them. Well it was a Millard 17'5 ft poptop with single beds and that was going to work so I show Denise, a Roadstar 23ft Magnifique I had been watching and long story cut short she says make him an offer and the next day I am off to WA to inspect and buy it.
The van is 2008 build and I love the interior layout and love it, plus I called into see my Sister in WA as well the whole two birds thing.
Been studying Solar Power systems for 8 weeks, how to evaluate panels, different solar controllers the whole box and dice, so I am upgrading to a 400 Watt system as that's Watt I need future proofing.
So why the Ram well I can tow 4.5 tonne and still have a 913kg payload, so the Scalies are never going to get me for overweight, plus only uses 14.7 L/100 towing the Van at the speed limit or 100km/h. Sits 6 people or 2 people & 3 dogs easially.
Anyhow that's me in a nutshell if I don't know I'll find out, I am hoping to learn from those of have been around where to go what to do and how to improve our setup.

It might be something to do with being a bit slower during this CV19 thing JeffRae me thinks. That and I have missed Ram Man's previous two posts elsewhere.
Welcome to the gang Ram Man, enjoy here and out in the playground.
I want a ram when I grow up but then read a heap of bad stuff about them so now when I grow up I am interested in a Ford F250.
Who knows though? I might change my mind and want a Ram if I ever grow up and I tell you that for free. The Ram is a nice looking vehicle though.

probably enough room in a F - 250 you might not need a caravan anymore
