I have a bread recipe which has wheaten flour, anyone know what wheaton flour is or its replacement.

Wheaten flour is just flour made from wheat, the most common flour. Look for bread flour, with protein levels around 12% for better results. Don't confuse bread flour with bread mix.

12.5kg bags of flour on sale at aldi today, sitting on chep pallet, looking like cement bags, and lots of them.
