I feel like I was 17, (the age I came to Australia)

At 16, I was a professional drinker, with plenty of other 16 year olds, in the local pub, in a small village/town in England

I chose to use 16 as I was sweat then  Come to think of it, nothing has changed there 

I think you mean "sweet".I don't think you have worked up a sweat for a while.
