I am one of the people in the camp with an iPad and cant play the MP4s via those links.
I have tried to work around it without much success without having to get my computer out and go through a load of rigmarole.
What I have done with this one is searched Utube with the title of the topic and I have come up with this.
Can anyone tell me if that little movie is the same as the link above.
Thanks

Hi Santa,
Thank you for that, so if anyone posting a link can title the subject as a reasonably accurate description then regardless of the device being used, we could search Utube and watch it.
Cheers

Hi Ivan,
I have an iPad and it plays mp4 videos, I think it's something to do with iTunes settings.
In the old days it was all Windows media players, everything I receive now is mp4, sorry to all who can't view them.
Cheers Bob

Gday Bob
I have been into iTunes settings and can not see where to select anything that will make the videos play.
Even on my phone I get a message to download the video rather than just streaming it.
I dont use iTunes for anything either on my phone or my iPad.
Sorry not in actual settings..........try this link to get it added to iTunes.
I do not use iTunes much at all either, but everything seems to go through it.
I'm not a computer nerd, I just google most things for an answer.
Cheers Bob
Thanks for that link.
Did you download it onto your iPad or onto a computer?
I havent had my laptop out for a while but I am pretty sure if I use it, it lets me watch these videos.
I am not that keen on downloading a video file just to watch joke content, I prefer to just stream these small videos so as not to take up valuable memory in my devices.
I am on the move again tomorrow but when I settle again I will have a fiddle around.

Ivan, I mainly use the desktop computer for everything when I'm home, receive and post emails etc, internet, G N forum etc.
I clean my iPad out after every trip, load photos etc onto home computer so it doesn't fill up all the memory, so it's good to go next time.

It is amazing what you can learn on this forum
I for one was absolutely unaware that:-
Laurel and Hardy, had invented a dance, which was the forerunner of the one we now know, as the twist
I posted this in January and just come across it again............something to make you smile
