I found out that my Landlord's insurance does not cover property other than Strata Title. Even though I made a small claim years ago for a cooktop without any problems.

They have been happily taking my money for a decade & I clearly told them originally that the property was not Stata Title.

If you are a LL & your property is not Strata Title you better double check your LL insurance.
