There is the answer to the problem,every electric car should come with a trailer fitted with a generator and solar panels so you can recharge whilst driving....60k+ for the car and 20k+ for the trailer..........Yep I should have been a brain surgeon..........Peter

Looking into my crystal ball, I can see a lot of these rescue type vehicles on our roads in the not too distant future.

They've got them on the road for petrol and diesel cars if you are in RACQ/NRMA etc as they also run out of fuel (just saying). It's the person behind the wheel who dictates if the vehicle is running out of fuel, not they type of fuel.
