I had heard an (unofficial) official statement, that the Government wants us oldies to downsize, so that we can spend our own money, and not theirs
I am happy to report, that the above statement may just be a rumour, as this is in the joke section

It shows that I still have the ability to laugh at myself

That one was meant for a public tpilet somewhere, it's an anti-theft design.

You know, years ago you could use two squares of toilet paper & it did the trick. Now it is narrower, thinner and you have to pull off a metre of it and keep folding it or else you can give yourself a colonoscopy.

This dangerous looking toilet paper was in a Queensland public toilet. We always use our own anyway, it's not worth the battle. I couldn't help but take a photo of it or more to the point so to speak, through it!
While on the subject of toilets for those who are not aware there is a free app called National public Toilet Map https://toiletmap.gov.au/Mobile
I bought a pack of king size toilet paper which is 25% larger but they must have packed one economy roll. At least it's 4 ply!
