Reasonably suddenly , I started getting horrible pain in both of my arms, and it felt as though I had a straight-jacket on. Made driving and dressing very difficult. Went to my regular GP, and was prescribed Tramadol.Took one pack of them, and forgot I had a repeat. [ No results there]. Went away for a week during this time, and couldn't see my DR. for a week when I got back, so went to the local hospital.
I was told to buy OSTEOMOL 665 Paracetamol. Been taking 2 Caps, 3 times a day, [morning, noon and night.] for just about a week, and the difference is amazing. They're off the shelf.[no script needed.] and only about $5.99 for 96.
Can't hurt to try them. I'm so glad I did.
Cheers,
Sheba.

I was wondering how you were. Thought you must have been in hospital.
Glad you were able to solve the problem with Osteo. I've been taking that for years, with average results.
I'm down the coast at the moment, but will be back through after I get the van serviced in Hervey Bay around end of the month.
Will call in then. Marj

Sorry to hear of your problems Sheba.
Be aware that prolonged use or over use of Paracetamol can cause serious problems.
Thanks Santa. Forgot to add last night, that I've cut back, [on Drs' advice,] to taking them[2] twice a day now, and will cut back to 1 twice a day after about a week of that. I've been told that is an acceptable dose longterm, if necessary.
Check with your own DR. Every-one is different.
Cheers,
Sheba.

Ask for pain and inflammation reducing tablets . Im in US at present ( New Orleans) can buy Ibuprofen over the counter in 1000 X 200mg tablets for under $25.00 .
I would stay away from Ibuprofen if you have any Heart condition. The dose of 2 tablets 3 times daily is the absolute maximum allowable is Osteomol or Panadol Osteo, so your doing the correct thing there Sheba. The osteo tablets are only different to paracetamol in size 665 to 500mg. A damaged Liver is possible if over doing Paracetamol, I'm prescribed 2tb 3 times daily but only take this dose when things are bad normally 2tbt 2 times a day.

And watch your blood pressure with Ibuprofen. Zoomed up my wife's by over 20 on top line, She only had taken three over 24 hours.
