Shortly will be heading to warmer climates for the winter. Thinking about buying a portable elec oven for baked veggies, frozen pies, chips etc. (No oven in van)
Any comments would be appreciated.

G'day Martin.
I had one of these many moons ago and only got rid of it because of weight and space. I loved it, did everything a house oven could do.
I know people that have one of these and they love it but I think a little limited. IMO. Friends also have one in the house kitchen for smaller things.

We have a portable oven bought a few years ago, good enough to warm a pie or left over pizza (Microwave kills dough/pastry). It is now left home in the "camping gear" cupboard as the cast camp oven can do everything better than a portable electric oven and make casseroles, etc. whilst sitting around the campfire.

240 or 12v ?
We recently bought a mid-sized airfryer for home use. It's remarkable what it can cook and reheat plus it's quite fast. Like everything, a little experimenting is required. It's a bit large and delicate for the teardrop though and not really my idea of travel-ware.

We've had a Coleman folding oven for 8 years. They've been around since the early 80's. A proven product.
Works on top of any gas burner. Bakes pizza, scones, bread etc. It even cooks a full roast.
Weighs very little & folds up fairly small. They are basically a tin box with an adjustable level shelf inside & a temperature gauge in the door. An essential part of any trip for us.
These photos are fairly old, we now put our oven on top of one of the jets on a Companion twin burner stove.
The Coleman Roadtrip BBQ is used at home. We even use our folding oven at home sometimes.
