Saw this on side of a Wizzbang
"Wizzbanging and doing it proudly.'
Got a chuckle

As the past owner of a VW Kombi camper back in the 1980's I still remember the noise. We had a big bullbar on the front of the Kombi and mag wheels. Wonder what the then Grey Nomads thought of us back then. Cheers.

There was not many greynomads back then, people did not have money to travel. I would reckon they stayed home.

If people did not have $$$ back in the 80's give a thought to how life was back in the 50's and 60's
You know, today we have never been better off.
But the 50's and 60's were fun times.
That's life I guess.

I find it hard to see what any of these comments have to do with the funny sign on the side of the Wizzbang.!

It's like those hire ones with all the slogans on, some funny but most disgusting if you read them properly, however,
The only good Wizzbang is one without a side door. (sort of like, the only good snake is a dead snake and The only good Magpie (football team supporter) is flat on the road) I didn't say any of that though, not me, no way
That's sort of on topic Lorraine, sort of.
Maybe more like,

Thanks Doug, you have re-enlighted my views on this forum. Your everso slightly off topic has made my evening.

I've had three Kombis, and it's quite possible to close the sliding door with just a click. No wizz, no bang. That is, of course, if you are considerate of others trying to sleep.

To me (ex Army) a wizzbang is a completely different thing with a completely different use!
