I believe the largest affiliation that includes Winnebagos is still the CMCA ..(https://www.cmca.net.au/)
Many years ago I did have a motorhome and was a member, but I'm not aware of its current status ..

The American Winnebago company has not been marketing in Oz for very long. I think their volume is still small as they have not developed their market to the extent that Avida has over the last 30 years. If there are any Winnebago groups, they will be fairly small.

The Winnebago brand is now being sold under licence in Australia by the Apollo Group.
To the best of my knowledge there is no Winnebago club at this stage.
