I recently received a gift card from the "Deaf Lottery" Australia.

I have followed all the directions, yet the card won't pay the bills without a pin number.

The directions state that no pin number is required??

Try telling that to the person who wants to be paid??

The phone number on the card gives you 5 seconds to print the 16 digit number on your phone, so as to complain/comment.

Then if you don't get it right, it says "Too late, goodbye"

Not impressed.
