'They' drop rubbish because they 'can'...no justification or thinking behind it....labelling them jerks won't penetrate their brain voids.....we've all no doubt seen RV canister contents tipped
out on roadside stops/free camps....they do it because they can...no sign will change a vile attitude.....unfortunately they also know how to breed....Hoo Roo.

Yep unfortunately these practices are passed down generation to generation.
Changing the penalty for littering to castration may help.

I walk my pups every morning on the sports oval up the road. The amount of rubbish I and other dog walkers collect every day is crazy. There are bins galore but people just throw stuff or leave their rubbish where they've been eating without a thought. As with so many other traits in life I suspect it comes down to parenting. There is a high school next to the oval and the amount of rubbish inside there is stunning. Whatever happened to doing playground clean up like we used to do? Drives me crazy.

What about Macca's,KFC, Hungry Jacks, how many people do you see just leave their tray full of rubbish and leftovers on the table
for the staff to pick up and dispose of. How difficult is it to pick it up and drop it in the bin on the way out.
If they don't do it at these places why would they do it anywhere else.
