This humbles one somewhat, especially when sometime I wish I had died in the accident as life is pretty tough at the moment. I wonder if these will open?
The FB links are what a couple of my kids posted and very important as the black dog has got his teeth deep into me atm. Every day I wake up and wish I hadn't. The FB links info is now in Word document.

I was up an 10.5m power pole that fell to the ground . It was the electrical shocks that gave me grief . Plus the system saying it was my fault . It gets to you mentally when you where doing the right thing for the community!! AP your family loves you ( why lucky man) and depend on you MORE than you realise., Find aches and pains are best treated with light exercise. If I rest too much its way worse . Another thing !! A HOBBY !! Woman dont often realise this . Men need a hobby to keep there mind on things . Ok when younger when your running around the bedroom
. Could be fixing a push bike ?

That would have not been nice AK. Sorting van, nearly done, and the latest hobby of drones that I am now playing with keep the grey matter roaming around AK.

Hi Paul
I can feel just a small part of what you are going through
I was involved in an industrial accident, through no fault of my own, when a plant exploded
Received burns to 40% of my body, just on ten years ago, October 2008
We can get flashbacks, at any place, and any time, and sometimes, it will get us down
As Aussie Kiwi has already said, our families appreciate us, for who we are, and sometimes we own it to them, to keep our chin up
Hope to meet you one day, and say hello

Dear Aussie Paul
I can't begin to imagine what you've been through. It must have been agony, both physically and mentally. Such a horrific accident would change a persons life forever so it's no wonder that you are still deeply affected.
Thankfully you have family to support you so hold on to them and don't let that black dog win.
