This morning I recieved the rego. renewal for our caravan, last year it was $480 this year its $318 (Tare weight 2300, GVM 3040). I think that this is a pretty decent reduction but I bet that it's still a lot more than what you guys in the other states are paying.
Registration fee - $66
Motor vehicle tax - $253
I wasn't aware that it had a motor but anyhow that's what they class it as...

Nice to know Tiger that my taxes are at least subsidising some people's registration costs and not just going towards keeping our state politicians in a job......
