Absolutely horrible tragedy, for the gentleman, his family, the first responders and witnesses.

I'm surprised no one helped him. I understand it was on fire but surely someone could have rushed it and tackled him off the thing .
Had to be better than the alternative at least.
Hard to say unless you were there i guess.
