I recently purchased a lightweight (5 Kg), 160 watt portable, fold-up solar panel, from eBay

The seller was outbaxcamping

The regulator had come adrift in transport, and was reading much too high voltage

After communicating this problem with Mike, from outbaxcamping, and sending a picture, he sent a new regulator, and I then returned the original one

I recommend this seller, for their after sales service
