it's hard to work out why? The doctor said it's something to do with the prostate. Can't remember the details.
I was put on some pills. That slowed the "self draining" down somewhat. Then they didn't work very well anymore.
More pills! They didn't work very well, either . Then the dreaded pads. It is both embarrasing and uncomfortable. What's next, a trip to the hospital, again?

Hi pipes, go to the hospital and get your "pipes" prostrate done.For the bit of discomfort after the op it is well worth it IMHO
I can now hit the urinal at ten paces and no more getting up 4 or 5 times a nite.
