We have just placed an order for the 5 rib BOS jockey wheel.
It can be managed with a good strong portable drill
Hoping that this will help with my shoulder problems.
Cost around $300, but we can not take the $$$$ with us soooooo. why not.

UPDATE
Rreceived the Bos 5 rib jockey wheel with base plate.
Changer the wheels over on Friday and the unit works a treatusing my 18 v drill.
This is going to save me a lot of shoulder and elbow work in the future.
As mentioned the price was around $300 delivered.
No links to BOS just a customer.
