A good reason to log in now and again, is that without logging in, you can not see any PM's
Richard or Dave if you can see this, I have sent my address in the return PM from Richard
Dave you have a message in your telephone message bank
I have now gone looking for you at the camperground in your PM
You're wasting your time mate.
Tony Bev,
You will never miss a message if you log on to your account and click on "settings".
You will see an option that says "receive email notifications of new private messages".
Tick that option and you will receive an email each time someone sends you a PM.

Thanks for that info Travel Bug, it is appreciated
When I first joined this forum, (not knowing what it would be like), I used a throwaway Gmail email account, hehehehe
Perhaps I should resurrect it
I always log in because my pc is configured to see the currently answered posts on top of the pile ,makes the forum in my view a lot simpler...

They have come a long way, I met them at Greens Lake, and invited them to look me up, when they came west
I had not logged on for a while, and therefore did not see that I had a PM sent a few days ago
Just trying to point out that if you do not log onto the forum, you will not know that you have received a PM
I have now caught with them, so all is well which ends well
