Received my caravan insurance renewal today in the mail.
Mine has gone up 10% again this year.
Called the insurer and negotiated a 3% increase but had to cop a rise in excess from $300 to $600.
Still thinking about whether to cop that.
Anybody else getting slugged big insurance increases.

Yep, on every insurance policy every year. Shop around at renewal time on all policies.

Every time that you get a renewal shop around for a better deal with a ''reputable'' insurance company.
They nearly always increase your premium every year, it has been called a ''lazy mans tax'' for those that blindly pay it without questioning the increase.
We saved around $500 total on our insurances last year.
We don't do supermarket insurance.

Yep, agree with the others, always get new quotes every year, even the so called "reputable" insurers will jack up your premium with renewals.

All insurances will go up in Qld this year to cover the costs associated with a weak state government "saying the little darlings aged 8 years & above really didn't mean to break into your house at 3am, steal & wreck your car"!
At least I might get a discount on the house insurance for installing a cyclone rated garage door.

Give Ken Tame a call and get a quote.
They will only insure a tug and caravan combined. If you find the price is ok then you will have to join the CMCA which in my opinion is a bonus.
I have been with them for about 10 years and do the ring around occasionally but still find the are the best deal. The nearest that came to them was you I but their excess was way over the top.

I hope this helps.
