Stayed at Cooinda Lodge twice in the past 2 years, both times for 3 nights.
We know that road quite well, it's fine. They must have been hiking!!!

Reading the second article - it mentioned a hire vehicle ... but then they can't seem to differentiate between Kakadu & Litchfield NPs. Great journalism .. not. But what can we expect these days.

The car carrying seven people rolled on the Kakadu Highway about 6 kilometres north of Cooinda Lodge at about 12:30pm Saturday.
