What about a quick poll , how many GN would actually not go to Tassie if there were no more free camping ?? By the time I get around to going free camping wont exist , never the less I will still go , as i have never been there .

Gday...
I'd love to go as well Mezza56 ... and the ability to camp at either no- or low-cost is a bit of an incentive.
However, while the cost of putting my rig on the Spirit remains as high as it is, I will give it a miss.
Plenty of photos on Google Images if I never get there.
cheers - John

There is lots of comments around Tassie regarding free camps being full to overflowing and people not doing the right thing. Boat Harbour Beach is a hot topic lately with tents and grey water being the main topics

The CMCA held their Anniversary Rally in Tassie last year so may be, on a whole, more motorhomes and vans visited Tassie so this might have helped free camps being full to overflowing.I don't know. Just a thought.
