Quite simple use the same plug into a 12v plug as you put into a car cig lighter

Thanks Vaughn I was plugging into the caravan 12 volt and wondered whether you need a filter for spikes, for the safety of the IPads etc

Hi Kellgal, welcome to the Forum.
I have three of these units, from Supercheap Auto, in the bus wired to the house batteries via 10A fuses. I charge my phone, tablet, wireless modem and Kindle from the USB ports using their respective USB cables - no problems.
Cheers, Joe
