hi all, picked up the front half and the back half (coromal 601s) in 2 weeks. So far very happy with the Triton and great deal from Kelly Mitsubishi. Nearly killed the fool at klosters.
Good luck with the Triton, my son has a 2008 model and it has been very good to him now with 230kms on the clock.
Did you get a free lady thrown in with the deal????.......Joking.

i bought my Pajero Sport from Kelly Mitsubishi at Cardiff they were very good with the sale, servicing and fixing warranty or recall issues. IMHO the only thing I think they could improve on is when dropping your car for serviicing it can get very busy and parking is pretty tight. Enjoy your new Triton if its like the Sport you should be happy with it, Tritons are probably the most popular crew cab ute on the road over hete in Oman if thats anything to go on.
Hi all , picked up the appeal and on our first trip to test out . A few teething problems but they sorted out at the dealer . A big difference from the 2001 set up .Will take a while to get used to being blown around on the freeway by the trucks .

Seems coromal quality control is ****, been back twice for bits broken or missing. Time will tell if we need to return for a 3rd time. Overall we like the van and Triton.( best l/ klm in 5 th gear 13.5/100)

David,
Is the Triton a six speed box? If 5th gear is top gear, I would assume it is an overdrive ratio and driven on opposite end of main gears. Towing a caravan, in an overdrive gear, can very quickly damage your gearbox to the point of seizure.
4th gear is direct the other higher gears are "toys when towing" be careful and aware that towing in the overdrive gears with most manual asian/aussie utes will cause heartache and tears in the wallet area...
What is the loaded ATM of the Corimal?

Yes small diesil engines generate a lot of heat and often go into lymp mode if you drive in overdrive climbing steep terrrain mine does...
