Paintar,s figures have proven my theory about the Nullarbor Norseman and Ceduna are the fill up points with the middle Roadhouses being pretty close in price to one another except for Mundrabilla which has been the cheapest for 12 or more years I know of and Ecucla now matches them for price.These figures really are just a guide as like the cities they change at someones whim perhaps not as regular as the city but they change.Unlike the city there is no compition round the corner so dependant on the ranger of your rig you are locked in at the next roadhouse irrespective of price.

Gday...
Each time I have done the Nullarbor I fill at Norseman/Ceduna and then at every roadhouse across - although I have never bother about Coorabie as Nundroo Roadhouse usually matches them.
I figure.....
it spreads the business to them all - hopefully they will all be there next time I go across;
covers the chance that prices might vary up or down from previous 'advice' I had from other travellers - eg in case it "changes at someone's whim"
always have a full or near full tank for sticky-beaking off the Eyre Hwy - never have to worry about if enough fuel;
ensures that if one roadhouse has run out of diesel, or electricity down and no pump or EFTPOS I am covered till the next roadhouse.
The distance between roadhouses also goes to show the drive across the Nullarbor is far from being "remote" anymore.
Cheers - John

It was cheaper at eucla than at boarder village
Hi PamelaG,
Yes your right. Not only that it is always 10 cents cheaper. 10 km apart. You work out the rest. SA boarder Santos. Wa side, Woodside.
We run the rat run all the time.
PS: We don't refuel from KG to Ceduna. With full tanks.

If you download the wikifuel app to your phone/tablet, you have (as long as you have internet range) - which is rare on the Nullarbor, current prices of fuel

don't know why people worry so much about fuel prices, just fill up regulally. In the first 12 months of vehicle life the fuel cost would be one of the lesser expenses, depreciation one the biggest. Go figure

Coverage is available most of the way across if you are on Telstra - See Coverage Map.
Each time fuel pricing comes up those who use several fuel maps recommend Petrol Spy as the best. Part of the data tells you when a station was updated.
I am after the current fuel prices on the Nullarbor please if anyone has up to date prices thank you
Always carry cash as the system was down when we crossed in November 2017. No cash no fuel between Norseman and Eucla. Apparently regular occurence.
Norseman $1.50
Caiguna $1.76- $1.80
Eucla $1.64 Eucla and Mundrabilla same price
Penong $1.34
You could probably add 10c a litre now as prices have jumped up
Save travels
Excellent tip thank you for sharing
