We are departing Mandurah, WA next week on the "Big Lap", heading east; and for 12 months.
Over the last 18 months we have done 45,000.00 kms in our travels, mostly WA, NT and Vic.
We have been using "Wikicamps" for C/ps and places to stay for our travels.
My question is: Is there a better "App", "Book", for free camping - Australia wide?
Looking forward to your replies.
Regards.
Hetho

Camps Australia is good but I use Wiki for more information plus a lot is up to date with photos. Costs about $8 I think.

I got an abridged version of what appears to be the free camps from Camps8 for Christmas. Called Make Trax from AFN Fishing and Outdoors and has $19.99 on it. www.afn.com.au
I have Camps8 and Wikicamps and have not used Camps8 since I got Wkikcamps.

Thank you all who have replied.
We have been using "Wiki" and find it great, however, someone mentioned to my Daughter that there was a better option!
I will continue with "Wiki" and appreciate all your input.
Thanks again.
Regards.
Hetho.
I got caught thinking that if I bought camp 9 then my co pilot could read and select while we were driving.
I had to buy Caravan Parks as well.
Wiki is so much easier and a hell of a lot cheaper.
Hi Geoff.
Yes, I agree with you.
Thanks for the reply.
Regards.
Hetho
And the better option?
I think the best two apps are WikiCamps and CMCA-GeoWiki
