Where's a copper when you need one. Non, displayed a rego plate on a public road. Nor could I see any driver wearing a seat belt.
There are rules for some and rest get off Plod free. And Don't they have height restrictions as well in the centre of town.

Yes quite so and some of those people, who by the way, weren't wearing hiviz or safety boots, were actually enjoying themselves. Shouldn't be allowed.

You will probably need binoculars to see them close up, because the Super Pit is fairly large
