HI have posted this info request on techies but thought maybe this is a better spot just had a recent stay at national parks , park at nth ryde Sydney unable to tune in tv have a wineguard on the van ,anyone else had problems and how did you fix it this happened to us last time we stayed there also.thanks mike g.

Yes have had the problem, we used to stay there a lot, been over a year since our last visit.
The first flat screen TV, was a Sharp 17inch, it gave us lots of problems with signal there, the only way we overcame it then was to connect a of telescopic portable antennae to it instead of the Winegard, I assumed then that it was too strong a signal because the Park is so close to the Transmission Towers, but that was just My Theory, Now have a 24 inch TEAC and it was OK last time maybe somebody else has a more definite explanation.

This is why we bought a VAST satellite. We can get TV anywhere, either through aerial or dish.

Vast all the way . Just have to remember to keep registering š³. You maybe too low ? Our old Philps radio to base didnāt work too well in there .

Have you tried it with the amp turned off. Or ask at 'reception'.
